The incorporation of Construction of multipurpose buildings like the BNRGSK buildings at the AEC level under MGNREGS has created a vast hope for the people. The building will provide space for meetings, assemblies and gram sabhas at AEC level. The building will also support ICT infrastructure for MIS and maintenance of office records

It will also be used for grievance redressal, social audits at AEC level and also as a room for conducting training and capacity building. Shri.Bolwin Momin, Secretary of AshaBibra AEC said that "We are very fortunate that Government had taken steps to construct such buildings at AEC level. When we complete the construction of building we will now be able to organize social audit, public hearing, VEC and AEC meetings, trainings and social gatherings in the building. We will also be able to keep our book of records in a secured building".
